Great question! We typically keep our trampolines on the firm side, and over time, they loosen up. In order to keep that quick pace movement that you're looking for, I would recommend tightening the bands to a more firm setting. Maybe start by only adjusting every other band to "Firm" and leaving the others at "Medium".
On another note, you can always go at your own pace, focus on placement, and build up your coordination in order to move quickly through the tough transitions. It really takes time and lots of practice so don't be too hard on yourself! Just have fun with it and get a good sweat on along the way :)
