In our studio in Costa Mesa, CA, we have regular members who stick to Sculpt and Bounce HIIT classes because they love how it makes their body feel: toned & lean. They seem to have great results while still receiving the health benefits of the low-impact trampoline. However, it all depends on your body type as well as your diet; these are factors to consider when looking for quick results.
Either way, we highly suggest at least 2 Sculpt workouts per week to keep your strength up & tone your muscles.
