We highly recommend finding variety within your classes! Each week, we recommend at least the following..
2 Bounce classes for cardio endurance and light strengthening
1 Sculpt for heavy strengthening
1 Quickie for cardio or sculpting (depending on your body type)
1 Yoga for muscle restore and flexibility.
This would do the job for a well-rounded workout week!
Also, remember that these videos are meant to be done more than once!!! Repeat certain classes to master the moves and feel extra confident!
